3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, see pricing errors, or cancel orders at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and Afterpay.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorised activity is suspected.
5. Afterpay
Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase in four instalments, due every two weeks.

Royal Decor & Co does not control Afterpay approvals, repayment schedules, fees, or account decisions.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Australia only.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak demand periods. Once an order has been dispatched, Royal Decor & Co is not responsible for delays outside our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns are only accepted if explicitly stated on the product page. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Custom-made items, clearance items, and final-sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
9. Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled if it has already been processed or dispatched.
